Donna Oliva brings a unique perspective to her legal practice, combining big law experience with a background as a successful technology entrepreneur and advisor to early-stage companies. She represents startups and growth-stage businesses in commercial transactions, technology agreements, and strategic partnerships, particularly where smaller companies are negotiating high-value deals with enterprise customers and major industry players.

Donna’s practice focuses on structuring, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of technology and commercial agreements, including licensing, partnership, vendor, consulting, and marketing agreements. She has worked closely with clients operating in emerging and fast-moving sectors, including blockchain, SaaS, mobile apps, and enterprise platforms.

Donna began her legal career in New York City at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby & MacRae, and has practiced with firms including Loeb & Loeb and Cox, Castle & Nicholson in Los Angeles. She holds a J.D. and MBA from Boston University, and a B.S. in Accounting from New York University. Donna currently resides in New York and is licensed to practice in New York State.
