Jonathan Kilman is a pivotal contributor to our team, bringing his extensive background in law, political advising, and government relations. As the founder and chairman of Converge Public Strategies, he has built a successful practice advising Fortune 500 companies, Silicon Valley giants, and influential non-profit organizations on U.S. and global government affairs.

In his Florida lobbying practice, Jonathan represents clients before both legislative and executive branches of government, focusing on innovative technologies, healthcare, and transportation innovation. His prior role co-chairing the Florida government affairs practice at an AmLaw 100 firm earned him recognition for influencing major policy issues in the state.
Jonathan’s diverse clientele spans health policy, pharmaceuticals, digital media, technology, insurance, financial services, telecommunications, transportation, engineering, project and construction management, and government agencies.

He also has a distinguished legal career. In addition to extensive private sector clientele, he represented the Florida House of Representatives and the Florida Department of State in critical litigation and appeals. Jonathan has also served as legal counsel to political campaigns and was appointed to state and federal judicial nominating commissions by leading political figures.

Jonathan earned his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, contributing as an editor of the Journal of Public Policy, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida.
