His experience spans assisting in various stages of transactional processes, including due diligence, contract drafting, and the coordination of closing procedures. His meticulous attention to detail ensures that every component of a transaction is handled with precision and care.

Samuel began his legal career as a law clerk in 2021, while still pursuing his law degree in Mexico. During this time, he gained hands-on experience in general corporate law, working closely with senior attorneys to assist with the preparation of corporate documents, the organization of corporate structures, and the facilitation of transactional processes. His proactive attitude and ability to adapt quickly to complex legal challenges have made him a trusted colleague within the firm.

After graduating from law school in 2023, Samuel transitioned into a junior associate role, continuing to build on his experience in corporate and transactional law. He works alongside seasoned attorneys, contributing to the successful execution of mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, and other corporate transactions that align with clients’ strategic goals.
